The programme allows participants to develop practical skills while working in a professional environment, helping them build confidence and improve their employability through hands-on training and exposure to real business operations.

Requirements
•South Africa Citizens only
•Grade 12 / Matric certificate
•Unemployed youth from age 18 – 29 years
Advantageous (Desirable)
•A valid Forklift/Reach truck license
•A valid driver’s license (minimum code 08)
Duties
•Complete tasks timeously
•Participation in stock counts
•Adherence to Health & Safety standards & rules
•To contribute to a productive working environment
•Learn & adhere to clear understandings of the clients’ requirements
•To report and record any non-conformity with regards to customer merchandise
•To work within operating areas as determined by management and the needs of the business
•When carrying out duties – adapt to following operating procedures and safe working practices
•Build knowledge & experience to ensure the correct use of equipment and to timeously report any defects
