Responsibilities
•Understanding HRD credit operations.
•IR experience.
•Recruitment support.
•General administration.
•Support on various HR projects.
•Assistance with training & development.
•Recruitment and selection administration.
•Recognition program and co – ordination.
•Performing various administrative tasks and supporting the Human Resource Department’s daily activities.
•Acquiring attitude of continuous learning to develop skills and competencies related to the Human Resource Department’s function.
Requirements
•South African citizen.
•A student with the relevant completed N6 national certificate in:
•Business studies.
•Computer literate.
•HR / Human resources.
•Office administration.
•Business management.
•Management assistant.
•Business administration.
•No work experience needed.
