Description
Senwes Grainlink is looking for enthusiastic and motivated young individuals who want to kickstart a career in the agricultural industry. As a Grainlink learner, you’ll gain hands-on experience at one of our silos while completing formal training to qualify as a Junior Grain Grader.

Requirements
•Valid drivers license.
•Ages between 18 and 25 years.
•Grade 12 / matric certificate.
•Interest in agriculture or technical fields.
•Willingness to work at a silo and learn about grain operations.
What to Expect
•Exposure to different grain commodities (maize, sunflower, soya, etc.).
•On-the-job training in silo operations, grain handling, and administration.
•A 12-month structured learnership programme at one of our Senwes Grainlink silos.
•Accredited training in grain grading and essential workplace skills (computer literacy, communication, etc.).
