Minimum Requirements

•Diploma/Degree will be advantageous.

•A foundational level of computer literacy is essential.

•Grade 12/Matric certificate with basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

•Performing file-level reviews and validations.

•Capturing and maintaining accurate grant data.

•Verifying documentation and information submitted for review.

•Ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.

•Conducting beneficiary screenings and completing manual applications.

•Supporting document tracking, filing, and preparation of review reports.

•Assisting beneficiaries in navigating the appropriate service cubicles.

•Collaborating with registry and review teams to meet daily processing targets.

•Participating in mobile review operations in remote or underserved areas.

•Scanning and indexing documentation to ensure completeness and audit readiness.

•Identifying frail or immobile beneficiaries and conducting home visit reviews.

•Assisting with mass review events held at community halls or municipal offices.

•Updating beneficiary records in the SOCPEN system and other relevant platforms.

•Identifying cases for suspension, lapsing, recovery of overpayments, or referral for investigation.
