Description
The iStore Elevate Graduate Programme is a 12-month paid development programme designed to identify, develop, and accelerate talented graduates who aspire to become future leaders within the iStore. We are looking for 10 exceptional graduates from leading South African universities who are passionate about retail, technology, customer experience, and business operations.
Throughout the programme, you will gain hands-on experience through structured rotations across multiple areas of the iStore business, providing a comprehensive understanding of how a world-class retail organisation operates. This is more than a graduate programme – it’s an opportunity to build the foundation for a long-term career and future leadership opportunities within iStore.
Location: Sandton, Gauteng
Minimum Requirements
•South African citizen.
•Reside within the Gauteng municipal area.
•Completed and passed National Senior Certificate.
•Able to travel regularly to Sandton and other iStore locations as required.
•Available to commence the programme full-time from the 1st of September 2026.
•Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma completed within the last three years from a recognised South African university.
•Willing to work retail hours when required, including weekends and public holidays during certain rotations.
Skills and Competencies
