Minimum Requirements
•Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) as recognized by SAQA. No experience
Key Responsibilities
•Administer court rolls.
•Make logistical arrangements for hearing.
•Attend to legal services enquiries and consultations.
•Prepare payments for tribunal members, section 42 examinations and bill of costs.
•Register objections, applications for Section 56, litigations, contracts, section 42 examinations and legal opinion.
