Salary: R228 321 per annum, plus 37% in lieu of service benefits
Job Level: Grade 12 or an NQF level 4 qualification in Office Management or Business Administration as recognized by SAQA.
Duties
•Coordinate the budget of the unit
•Administer the budget of the unit
•Ensure effective risk and compliance
•Draft routine correspondence and reports
•Provide clerical support service in the unit
•File documents for the unit where required
•Monthly report to the meeting on the budget
•Record basic minutes of the meeting where required
•Process travel and subsistence claims for the unit
•Administer matters such as leave register and telephone accounts
•Conduct asset audit with other administrative officials in the unit
•Receive, record and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents
•Arrange meetings and events for the manager and staff in the unit
•Handle procurement of standard items like stationery and refreshment
•Ensure effective compilation of budget and cash flow projections for the Office
•Collect all relevant documents to enable line managers to prepare for meetings
•Identify venues, invite role players, organize refreshments and set schedules for events
•Liaise with travel agencies for travel arrangements and verify all relevant documentation
