Requirements
•Computer literate
•0-1 Yrs Relevant Working Experience
•Grade 12 or relevant NQF level 4 qualification
Duties
•Comply with quality standards

•Provide customers with product and service information
•Log all incoming calls to ensure customers are assisted promptly
•Follow up customer calls or queries where necessary to increase satisfaction
•Handle and resolve customer complaints where necessary to ensure satisfaction
•Complete administrative functions to ensure proper record keeping and retrieval
•Research required information using available resources to ensure decision making
•Respond to customer enquiries to ensure that customers receive correct information
•Maintain confidentiality of patient’s personal data to protect privacy and integrity
•Complete call logs by logging details of all calls made or received to ensure a history is kept
•Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure supervisors are aware and provide solutions
