Salary: R228 321 per annum, plus 37% in lieu of service benefits
Requirements
•Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
Key Duties
•Drafting of offer and regret letters
•Planning and arranging logistics for various meetings
•Auditing of sp files and providing administration support
•Responding to enquiries on leave matters and documentation
•Capturing nomination of beneficiaries for pension withdrawals
•Attending and taking minutes of meetings and drafting submissions
•Facilitating and coordinating Personnel suitability checks
•Supporting the administration of conditions of service and benefits
•Executing PERSAL transactions related to recruitment and service benefits
•Capturing leave forms on PERSAL and printing via PERSAL and EDMS
•Opening of sp files for employees ensuring compliance with checklists
•Supporting effective recruitment, selection and appointment processes
•Receiving leave application forms and checking information/attachments
•Sending advice to finance section for payment after leave gratuity approval
