Entry Requirements
•Grade 12 – National Senior Certificate
•English with minimum 40% pass
•Physical Science with minimum 40% pass
•Mathematics (not Maths Literacy) minimum 40% pass
OR
N3 or higher with specific discipline requirements:
•Mechanical Fitter: Fitting Trade Theory and Engineering Drawings.
•Diesel Mechanic: Diesel or Motor Trade Theory and Engineering Drawings.
•Auto Electrician: Motor Electrical Trade Theory and Industrial Electronics.
•Instrument Mechanician: Instrument Trade Theory and Industrial Electronics.
•Boilermaker: Plating/Welders Theory and Plating Structural & Steelwork Drawings.
•Electrical: Electrical Trade Theory and Industrial Electronics, or Engineering Drawings.
•Millwright: Electrical and Fitting Trade Theories, Engineering Drawings or Industrial Electronics.
OR
•NCV Level 4 in appropriate trade with all subjects passed with a minimum 40% pass.
